Orbel Mangasar: My passion for architecture sparked when I was a kid and saw an architect, a friend of my father’s, engrossed in his drawings. Since that moment, I began envisioning designing dream homes, initially for my own family. My dream was to one day create a space for people whom I care about, and I firmly believe that in my interactions with clients, they become family. As an architectural associate/designer, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Woodbury University School of Architecture in 2016, graduating with honors as a Cum Laude. Since then, I have been working with different offices on various types of architectural projects from high-end residential to mixed use and commercial projects. Through these experiences, I’ve gained valuable insight and experience to curate spaces that not only meet our client’s needs but also create sustainability and innovation in design. I am currently pursuing my Professional License as an Architectural Engineer to further enhance my professional credentials.
Sergeh Eskandari: My passion for construction was forged early, working alongside my father in his ironsmith shop during my school years. There, I gained hands-on experience running the business, collaborating with general contractors and architects, and discovered my calling to become a general contractor myself.
I’ve built over a decade of comprehensive experience across multiple construction trades, working both as a trusted subcontractor and successful business owner. My commitment to excellence extends beyond the job site—I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Cal State Northridge. I’m currently pursuing my Professional Engineer (PE) license to further strengthen my technical expertise. My professional credentials include an A-General Engineering license, B-General Construction license, and C-Millwork/Finish Carpentry license, complemented by extensive electrical work experience. This diverse background, combined with my unwavering dedication to quality, ensures I deliver exceptional results on every project I undertake. Whether you need structural work, custom millwork, or comprehensive project management, I bring both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to exceed your expectations.
